This page explains how you may use the creative work shown on this website. It covers the site as it exists today — viewing and streaming work through the site, and sharing links to it. It does not currently cover paid licences, downloads, or commercial agreements, because the site does not yet offer those directly.

1. General position

Unless stated otherwise, all NDN creative work remains protected by copyright, and all rights are reserved.

2. What you may do

Unless an individual work states different terms, you may:

• view and stream work through this website
• share links to NDN pages
• discuss, review, or reference NDN projects normally

3. What requires permission

Unless a specific work states otherwise, prior written permission is required for:

• commercial use of any kind
• advertising
• monetised videos or channels
• films, games, or podcasts
• merchandise
• large-scale publication or redistribution
• remixing or sampling released music
• substantial alteration of photographs or artwork
• sublicensing

To request permission, get in touch via the enquiry form and select “Licensing” as the reason.

4. Prohibited uses

Without explicit written permission, you must not:

• claim NDN work as your own
• remove or obscure required attribution
• redistribute NDN work as your own source
• use NDN work to impersonate its creators or imply NDN’s endorsement
• scrape this website in bulk, or build datasets from its content
• use NDN content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark AI or machine-learning systems without prior written permission

Normal search-engine indexing is permitted.

5. Individual works may differ

Where specific licence terms are shown alongside a particular work, those terms take priority over this general policy.

6. In plain language

Enjoy it. Share it. Credit it.

NDN exists to put creative work into the world. You’re welcome to explore this site and share links to it.

What you may not do is sell, commercially exploit, redistribute, claim, train AI on, or scrape NDN work without permission.

7. This policy will grow

As NDN introduces downloads, paid licences, and commercial terms, this page will be updated to describe them before they go live. A roadmap of planned additions is tracked internally and is not part of this public page.
