Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
This policy explains what NDN (Noah Natsis) collects through this website, why that information is collected, and what you can do about it. It covers the site as it exists today.
As NDN adds new features, such as payments, downloads or client agreements, this policy will be updated to reflect how those features work.
1. Who this is about
This policy applies to visitors to this website, including anyone who:
- submits the Get in Touch enquiry form
- leaves a comment
- likes a photograph, journal post or music track
The site does not currently offer user accounts, payment processing or file downloads.
2. What is collected
Enquiries
If you submit the Get in Touch form, the site may collect:
- your name
- your email address
- the reason for your enquiry, such as collaboration, licensing or another request
- an optional timeline or date
- your message
- any optional project, image, budget or reference information you choose to provide
This information is used to respond to your enquiry and manage any conversation or project that results from it.
Comments
If you leave a comment, the site collects:
- the name you choose to provide
- the text of your comment
- information needed to associate the comment with the photograph, journal post or music track it relates to
Comments may be reviewed or moderated before or after being made publicly visible.
Likes
Likes do not require an account.
The site stores a salted hash used to distinguish likes and help prevent the same visitor from repeatedly liking the same item. The underlying identifying information used to generate that value is not stored as part of the like record.
The site may also temporarily use a hashed rate-limit identifier to prevent spam or excessive requests. The original IP address is not stored in that rate-limit record.
3. Why information is collected
Information is collected only where it is needed to operate features of the site.
Enquiry information is used to respond to enquiries and manage any resulting conversation or project.
Comment information is used to display and moderate discussions associated with work published on the site.
Like information is used to record engagement with photographs, journal posts and music tracks while reducing duplicate or abusive activity.
This information is not used for unrelated marketing and is not sold.
4. Analytics
The site may use privacy-focused analytics, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand broad and aggregate information such as:
- how many people visit the site
- which pages are viewed
- general traffic and performance trends
Analytics are not intended to build individual advertising profiles.
The site does not use advertising trackers such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google advertising trackers.
5. Sharing with third parties
NDN does not sell personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, infrastructure, database services, security, rate limiting and enquiry email delivery
- GitHub — source code and website content management
Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
This list will be updated if the services used by the website materially change.
6. Data retention
Enquiry submissions are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact relating to the enquiry, unless an active project or another legitimate reason requires the information to be kept longer.
Comments and likes may remain associated with the content they relate to while that content exists on the site. If content is unpublished or removed, associated interaction records may remain stored until they are deleted.
Temporary rate-limit information is used only to control spam and excessive activity and is not intended to create a long-term visitor profile.
7. Your choices and rights
You can contact NDN to ask:
- what personal information is held about you
- for information to be corrected
- for information you provided to be deleted, where appropriate
- for a comment you submitted to be removed

8. Policies may evolve
This policy reflects how the website operates as of 4 October 2026.
If NDN introduces new features that materially change how information is collected or used, such as payments, downloads, accounts or client agreements, this policy will be updated before or alongside those features going live.
The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version.
